Product Description:

This is an industrial inspection Brigates ES101 Sensor USB Separated Endoscope Camera Module, a professional micro imaging solution integrated with high-performance image sensing technology. Equipped with Brigates ES101 CMOS color image sensor, it features 1MP pixels and 1000x1000 high-definition resolution, capable of stably outputting two types of high-frame-rate images: 1000x1000@60FPS and 1000x800@75FPS. The sensor size is 1/9 inch, with a pixel size of 1.4μm×1.4μm, and the output format supports 10bit/8bit RAW, reserving sufficient space for post-image processing. The product adopts a manual focus design, paired with a 140° ultra-large field of view, and the bare module lens diameter is only 3.1mm, which can easily adapt to the observation needs of narrow spaces. It also integrates 6 white LED lights to provide uniform and stable fill light effect. In terms of structure and compatibility, the module adopts a Separated design, connects to the DSP board through a Type-C interface supporting MIPI 1Lane rate, and then outputs data through the Type-C interface, compatible with USB2.0 rate and UVC protocol, and adaptable to various terminal devices. The production process adopts SMT technology and AA process to ensure the consistency and stability of mass-produced products, and has passed multiple international testing and certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach, meeting the market access standards of many places around the world.
